Are you looking for a Christian Life Coach? Perhaps you are doing a wee trawl around the ol’ internet looking for you-are-not-quite-sure-what but you know that life is not the way you want it to be.
You identify perhaps that you are not living at peace within yourself.
A lack of self-worth and self-acceptance rears its ugly head far more often than you would like. You know the theory of what the Bible says about being loved and made in God’s image, and that He has a purpose for you.
But what does that actually mean in practice?
I work as a Life Coach and also as a Christian Life Coach. This came from a satisfied client:
This does not mean that I only work with folk who have a Christian faith, but it is the value system that underscores everything I do. My starting point is that you are a beautiful, unique and precious individual of worth because you are made in the image of God. More on what I believe here.
For me, bringing God into the coaching process is such fun, and always a real adventure. And for the Christian clients that I work with, having a safe and Biblically based space to explore life, purpose, values, next steps etc can be really profound.
This was Mary’s experience, as her feedback on our sessions here shows:
My four weeks with Catriona were life changing. And that is no exaggeration! With her probing question and her sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, in the first two sessions I came away with the direction I needed, and we also uncovered my greatest fear, which dissolved with Catriona’s help. Her session on values was incredibly illuminating and I learned so much about myself that I didn’t know. It also gave me a guide for making future decisions. So very helpful!”

I had hoped to get direction for a very important change that was coming in my life, and Igot that, but I also got so much more than I even thought was possible in such a shortamount of time.”
