This privacy policy sets out how Equip for Life Coaching uses and protects any information that you give Equip for Life Coaching when you use this website. What information do I collect?
- Your name, email address and email communication is recorded when you submit a contact form to Equip for Life Coaching.
- Your name and email address is entered into Aweber when you sign-up to my newsletter.
- Your email address is recorded if you subscribe to my blog.
- Email Information: If you correspond with me through email, I may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and my responses. This information is confidential and is never passed on to any other party.
- If you engage in formal coaching sessions with me as your coach, all information is confidential, and the written content of all sessions is retained securely and solely for my own use. It is never passed on to any other party.
Why do I collect this information?
When you submit a contact form, your name, email address and email communication are used solely to enable me to respond to your enquiry. This information is not categorised, nor is it passed on to any other organisations and this information is viewed only by myself, Catriona Futter. I keep this information on email for varying time periods depending on nature of any on-going relationship or communication.
When you sign up to my newsletter, your name and email address is recorded so that I can send you newsletters containing thoughts, tips, and occasionally information about coaching programmes or tools. This is done via Aweber and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an Aweber email from me. I do not share your information with anyone else but Aweber. I do not export any data out of Aweber, and have a Data Processing Agreement in place with them. You can read their privacy policy here Form Id not found. When you subscribe to my blog, your email address is used for this purpose alone, and is never passed on to a third party.
Analytics information is used to assess how successful and user-friendly the site is. An individual cannot be identified from this information alone and this information is not used in conjunction with any other information to identify an individual. This information is not exported to any other service.
Third parties

Right to amend or delete information
If you wish to unsubscribe from my newsletter you can find a link at the bottom of a newsletter itself. Should you have any problems doing that please contact me here so we can manually amend or delete your information within 30 days from your initial request.
Should you, having contacted me via the form on this website, wish for me to amend or delete your information please contact us and I will deal with your request within 30 days.
Newsletter
Equip for Life Coaching has a newsletter that is sent out two to three times a year via email to all those who have subscribed to receive this.
You can unsubscribe at any point from this Newsletter by clicking on the link at the bottom of the Newsletter itself.

My website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave my site, you should note that I do not have any control over that other website. I are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Use of Cookies
Traffic log cookies are used to identify which pages are being viewed. This helps me analyse data about web page traffic and improve my website in order to tailor it to customer needs. This information is only used for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
